As conifers go, it is considered fast growing, adding maybe a foot or so in height per year until it reaches maturity at 12 to 14 feet in height. Its size makes it an excellent choice for a mid-size privacy screen or to frame corners in home foundation plantings. Landscape & Garden Uses Its upright habit and dense foliage you can't see through makes the Blue Point Juniper an ideal selection for a dense privacy screen or windbreak, to mark each side of an entry way, as a colorful specimen plant, or to frame in the corners of a home or other structure in the sunny landscape.
