It is adaptable to most any average to even poor soil. It prefers a moist but well-drained soil however is exceptionally tolerant of dry soil conditions. It tolerates some shade, but produces more of its pretty flowers with more sun. A good choice for poor soils and difficult sites. Looks beautiful in a container or spilling over a wall!
